• Medicine & Consciousness: As a physician, I create safe, grounded pathways for people to navigate the profound territories of psychedelic-assisted therapy.
• Knowledge & Access: Through the Psychedelia Stiftung, I lead efforts to take healing out of the exclusive lab and into the community, advocating for a future where these tools are accessible to all.
• Trauma & Recovery: I hold space for the difficult work of healing racial and systemic trauma, focusing on retreats that respect cultural roots and address the wounds that traditional medicine often overlooks.
• Science & Mentorship: At the University of Ottawa, I help students bridge the gap between academic theory and the "on-the-ground" reality of clinical practice, fostering a new generation of socially conscious practitioners.
• Global & Local Wisdom: From my roots in Guatemala to my work in Berlin, I advocate for a holistic health paradigm that honors the interconnectedness of our physical bodies, our minds, and our history.
